Ethernet-over-Copper (EoC)

Ethernet-over-Copper (EoC)

Ethernet-over-Copper or EoC is a popular alternative to T-1 and bonded T-1 circuits. The primary advantage of EoC is that it offers the same speeds and higher as bonded T-1’s (currently up to 20Mbps, with higher speeds in development) with increased reliability at a fraction of the price of bonded T-1’s.

Ethernet-over-Copper is an ideal option for offices with 10 to 100 employees using their connection for:

  • Email
  • E-Commerce
  • Software-as-a-Service
  • General Internet browsing
  • Business-class VoIP
  • Web Conferencing
  • Connecting Offices
