As Senior Operation Repair Manager, Bob manages Broadband.com’s team of Technical Engineers who provide technical support for all circuits and managed routers.
Bob’s team of engineers continually strive to reduce the Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) for all tickets opened – no matter the time of day or the issue. Key to this mission is Bob’s continual focus on working with the customers, sales and network engineers to resolve chronic issues and provide recommendations for service improvements.
Prior to joining Broadband, Bob was the Director of the Field Operation Department for a national CLEC telecommunications company. This experience provided a wealth of industry knowledge that has been a great foundation for Bob for working with the products and services that Broadband.com offers.
