As Director of Operations, Brett Hanson leads the service delivery teams that
encompass contracts & credit, order fulfillment, installation management &
trouble resolution for our customer base. His organization drives the post-sale
management and works hand-in-hand with our carriers to deliver and sustain our
services.
Mr. Hanson also directly manages the carrier and vendor relationships for
Broadband.com. He leads negotiating and executing wholesale contracts and MSA’s,
while monitoring and reporting on vendor performance and strategic direction.
Mr. Hanson brings over 14 years of business experience in the telecommunication
and service delivery arena, along with executive management experience as VP
of Operations for Greens Worldwide, Inc. He has lead program management
teams with Sprint and Level 3 Communications, as well as carrier management for
Motricity.
Mr. Hanson is a graduate of Catawba College, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree
in Communication, and was a four-year Varsity letterman earning a Grant-in-Aid
scholarship in Baseball.
